WHAT to bring

Friendly onboard guidelines

  • Use towels when sunbathing (protects upholstery)
  • Wet guests should not enter the saloon / below deck
  • Marine toilet rule: no paper/objects (unclog fee €200)

Sun Protection (MOST IMPORTANT) The Adriatic sun reflects off the water → UV exposure is much stronger than on land.

Wear: Lightweight long-sleeve shirt (UV protection if possible) Hat with strap (wind can blow it away) Polarized sunglasses (essential for visibility) SPF 30–50 sunscreen (reapply every 2–3 hrs) Many tourists get sunburned even on cloudy days. Best fabrics: breathable, quick-dry materials.

Wind Protection Layer Even when air temperature is 30 °C, moving at speed creates strong wind chill. Always bring: Light windbreaker or sailing jacket Thin hoodie or fleece Why? Afternoon Maestral wind can make you cold quickly. After swimming, wind chill is strong.

Limited included – but possible to buy onboard

  • Water, juice, beer & a bottle of white wine
  • Coffee service (espresso / latte / cappuccino)
  • Fresh home‑baked croissants
  • Locally grown fresh fruit
